We provide high-quality MDCAT preparation books including Biology by Dr. Sohail and Physics by Zayan Publishers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Eligibility for Return

You are eligible for a return or replacement only if:

  • The book(s) you received is damaged, torn, or teared at the time of delivery.

  • You report the issue within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the package.

  • You provide clear pictures or a short video showing the damage (sent via WhatsApp).

❌ Non-Eligible Conditions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The book is damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

  • You change your mind after placing or receiving the order.

  • The book is returned without prior approval.

🔄 Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery:

    • Send your name and order details.

    • Attach proof of damage (pictures/video).

  2. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 1–2 working days.

  3. If approved, we will offer:

    • Replacement of the damaged book OR

    • Refund if replacement is not possible.

💵 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • No refund in cash at the time of delivery, as all orders are COD.

📦 Return Shipping

  • For approved damaged cases, we will guide you on the return process.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
