2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • Our primary payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Advance Payment is available occasionally for:

    • Discounted bundles

    • Pre-bookings

    • Special limited stock offers

  • Full payment is required at the time of delivery (for COD orders).

3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp (if number is provided).

  • We may cancel orders due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Incorrect contact/address information

    • Suspicious or repeated return claims

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary by location.

  • Any delivery charges (if applicable) will be mentioned clearly at checkout.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details.

  • Orders refused at delivery may result in blacklisting for future orders.
